SIAD in Poland

SIAD is one of the leading chemical companies in Italy, offering a full spectrum of medical, special and industrial gases for the machinery, food, chemical, metallurgy, electrical, healthcare and environment protection businesses.

The company was established in Bergamo in 1927. SIAD is proud of its strong tradition and enormous expertise developed over its 90 years of existence. Over that time, the company managed to enter new industry sectors, as well as new markets, especially in Eastern Europe. The continuous growth of the flexible and dynamic organization ascertains delivery of top quality, reliability and professionalism to the customers.

Today, its products are sold to a diversified portfolio of industries, such as machinery production, healthcare, electrical engineering, food, glass, metallurgy, chemical, aviation, environment protection, as well as water treatment and purification.

SIAD S.p.A. entered the Polish market via its affiliate company SIAD Czech spol. s.r.o. in 2015, as a result of taking over TECHNOGAS Sp. z o.o. - a company established in 2008. From that moment on, the company has been successfully supplying its customers with industrial and food grade gases, as well as other mixtures. It used to operate primarily in the Silesia and souther regions of Poland, and now it co-operates with other parties in other regions of the country and abroad (Czech Republic, Estonia). This acquisition was entered into the Polish Commercial Register on August 12th, 2015. In November 2015 the company was renamed to SIAD Poland Sp. z. o.o.

The production facility is located in Ruda Śląska, in the Katowice-Chorzów-Gliwice-Zabrze industrial agglomeration. It consists in a bottle filling plant and supplies liquefied gases. The company has been quality certified to the ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO 22000: 2005 standards.

Currently, SIAD Polska Sp. z o.o. supplies a full spectrum of medical, special and industrial gases, liquefied gases, gas mixtures, laser mixtures, additional equipment, welding materials and accessories, installs liquefied gas storage vessels, mixtures handling equipment, oxygen burners, processing equipment, as well as provides advisory and consultancy services for all areas of applications.
